Order a repeat prescription
To order Prescriptions via telephone, please call our usual telephone number and select option 1. This will put you through to an answer machine were you will be asked to leave your details. This will be processed and available to collect from your selected pharmacy 48 working hours later.
Important Changes to Repeat Prescriptions
From 1 September 2022, where you have a nominated Pharmacy, prescriptions will be ready for collection from your pharmacy in 5 working days. Where you do not have a nominated Pharmacy, signed prescriptions will be ready for collection from our reception in 3 working days, for you to take to a pharmacy of your choice.
Prescriptions should only be ordered from 10 working days, before they are due to run out.
